Image restoration has various uses in modern life. In image processing, "image restoration is crucial. Restoring a warped image is called image restoration. Picture restoration calculates noise and blur to improve picture quality. It's crucial to know how an image was distorted or destroyed while attempting to restore it. It is crucial to identify the kind of noise and blurring process that generates a picture. Having prior knowledge about a photograph is vital for image restoration. Due to atmospheric and environmental factors, the image must be restored utilizing various image restoration methods. numerous variables may cause noise in a photo, and numerous blur models can cause fuzzy photographs. Image restoration estimates sound and blur in a picture. Various image processing methods are needed to restore a picture's quality after atmospheric and environmental damage. Modern image restoration is common. Radar technology can acquire and restore photographs and restore museum objects. This article summarizes current photo restoration techniques. The suggested approach demonstrates frequency, PSNR(dB), MSE, and SSIM in Kodak24, CBSD68, Urban 100, and LIVE datasets. Short PSNR: 27.24, 29.38, 30.04, 30.91.
KEYWORDS
In this paper, we proposed a hybrid SRCNN + EfficientNet architecture for image denoising and reconstruction, combining SRCNN-style low-level convolutional filters with EfficientNet-based feature extraction. Evaluations on standard benchmarks (Kodak24, CBSD68, Urban100, and LIVE1) show consistent improvements in reconstruction quality, achieving average PSNR gains and favorable SSIM and MSE values compared to baseline methods. The results demonstrate that integrating lightweight convolutional layers with a modern backbone effectively captures both local textures and global semantics, improving perceptual fidelity and pixel-wise accuracy. Future work will explore incorporating perceptual and adversarial losses, multi-scale fusion strategies, and automated model scaling to further boost visual quality while preserving computational efficiency for deployment on resource-constrained devices..
