This paper presents the comprehensive design and development of a data-driven web application integrated with a Business Intelligence (BI) dashboard for enhanced organizational decision-making. The system, developed for SparePartWale—an automotive spare parts enterprise—combines modern web technologies with Microsoft Power BI for real-time data visualization and analytics. Data processing is performed using Power Query for ETL operations, while Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business metrics are calculated using Data Analysis Expressions (DAX). The proposed system architecture employs a three-tier model comprising presentation, application, and data layers, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and security. Empirical evaluation demonstrates significant improvements in business insights accessibility, operational efficiency, and overall user experience. The integration methodology presented herein provides a replicable framework for small and medium enterprises seeking to leverage business intelligence capabilities within their existing web infrastructure.
