The Electrocardiogram (ECG) is a vital diagnostic tool used to monitor the electrical activity of the heart. In this study, we present the design and development of an ECG report and analysis system aimed at automating the acquisition, processing, interpretation, and visualization of ECG signals. The system integrates signal acquisition hardware, preprocessing algorithms, feature extraction methods, and a user-friendly graphical interface. The automated analysis includes heart rate detection, arrhythmia classification, and report generation. This system enhances diagnostic efficiency and accuracy, reduces human error, and provides support for telemedicine applications. Evaluation with real ECG data demonstrates the system’s reliability and potential for clinical deployment.
