The rapid proliferation of conversational messaging platforms has transformed how businesses engage with prospec- tive customers. WhatsApp, with over 2.7 billion monthly active users, has emerged as a dominant channel for business-to- consumer (B2C) communication in emerging economies. How- ever, small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) often lack the infrastructure to manage, track, and respond to high volumes of incoming leads in real time, leading to missed conversion opportunities and poor customer experience. This paper presents LeadFlow AI, a cloud-native, multi-tenant Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system designed specifically for WhatsApp- based lead management. LeadFlow AI integrates with the What- sApp Business Cloud API to automate lead capture, classification, and response workflows. The architecture adopts a multi-tenant Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model to serve multiple businesses from a single deployment, significantly reducing per-tenant in- frastructure costs. The system incorporates an AI-driven con- versational engine capable of instant auto-replies, context-aware follow-up scheduling, and intelligent lead scoring. Experimental evaluation demonstrates that LeadFlow AI achieves average message response times under 800 ms at scale, reduces manual lead-handling effort by approximately 73%, and improves lead- to-conversion rates by 41% compared to unautomated WhatsApp communication.
