Abstract

This study looks at how digital technologies are changing human resources (HR) management. Technologies like artificial intelligence (AI), cloud computing, human resource information systems (HRIS), and predictive analytics are transforming processes like hiring, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement. The study, which employed a mixed-methods approach with surveys from HR professionals and secondary data from academic and industry sources, found that while digital adoption improves operational efficiency and decision-making, it also faces obstacles like data security concerns, resistance to change, and high implementation costs. Suggestions for a successful digital HR transition are given.
