Digital transformation has significantly influenced modern Human Resource Management (HRM) practices. Organizations are increasingly adopting digital technologies and paperless systems to improve operational efficiency while promoting environmental sustainability. Traditional HR processes relied heavily on paper-based documentation, which consumed resources and increased administrative workload. However, digital HR systems now allow organizations to manage employee records, recruitment processes, payroll systems, and communication through automated platforms. This study examines how digital transformation and paperless systems act as strategic tools for implementing Green Human Resource Management (Green HRM). The research evaluates how digital HR practices reduce paper consumption, improve organizational productivity, enhance employee satisfaction, and support environmentally responsible workplace practices. It also examines challenges related to technological adoption, employee adaptation, and data management. The study follows a descriptive research design supported by primary data collected through structured questionnaires and secondary academic literature. The findings indicate that digital HR systems significantly improve efficiency, reduce operational costs, and contribute to sustainability initiatives. However, organizations must ensure proper employee training and strategic implementation for effective adoption. The research concludes that digital transformation should be integrated with sustainable HR policies to achieve long-term organizational and environmental benefits.
