I. ABSTRACT:
DreamRoute is a smart career-navigation platform designed to help learners and working professionals discover the most suitable career direction through personalized feedback, analytical assessments, and tailored guidance. Unlike traditional counseling systems that often provide generic suggestions and rely on outdated information, DreamRoute delivers a modern and dynamic approach driven by data and user-specific goals. The platform evaluates personality traits, skills, and long-term aspirations to generate accurate and meaningful career pathways.With an intuitive interface, DreamRoute ensures a smooth and stress-free planning journey. Each registered user receives a secure and customized dashboard that showcases their progress, recommended skills, and potential career tracks.
