ABSTRACT In the hyper-competitive landscape of modern E-commerce, the ability to convert passive browsing into active transactions is fundamentally dependent on the precision of Product Discovery Algorithms. Traditional recommendation strategies—primarily based on basic collaborative filtering—often struggle with the "Cold-Start" dilemma and the inability to map the non-linear nuances of user intent. This research presents a Hybrid Neural Recommendation Framework that bridges the gap between raw behavioural telemetry and personalized consumer journeys. The platform's core logic center’s on a Multi-Layer Data Fusion architecture. By synthesizing Latent Semantic Analysis (LSA) of product descriptions with real-time Clickstream Analytics, the system generates a high-dimensional representation of user preferences. A key innovation in this framework is the integration of Temporal Decay Functions, which prioritize recent browsing velocity over historical data to ensure that recommendations reflect the user’s immediate context. This prevents the "Echo Chamber" effect, where users are repeatedly served items, they have already purchased or discarded. Experimental results indicate that this hybrid approach significantly enhances Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) by delivering hyper-relevant "You May Also Like" prompts that align with both aesthetic preferences and price-point sensitivity. By shifting from static suggestion lists to Dynamic Personalization Engines, this framework allows E-commerce enterprises to maximize customer lifetime value (CLV) and reduce churn through a frictionless, algorithmically-guided shopping experience.

VII. CONCLUSION In conclusion, the E-commerce Product Recommendation. Engine represent a significant step forward in enhancing the online shopping experience and driving business growth. and data-driven personalization in an increasingly. competitive e-commerce landscape. 1. Strategic Synthesis and Project Impact The implementation. of the Hybrid Neural Orchestration Engine marks a fundamental shift in the "Choice Architecture" of the modern. digital storefront. By moving beyond the static constraints of legacy systems, the platform successfully addresses the dual. challenges of Information Overload and Decision Fatigue, . transforming the browsing experience into a curated discovery journey. 2. Algorithmic Versatility and Synergy The engine’s. primary strength lies in its Paradigm Fusion. By synthesizing the "Social Intelligence" of collaborative filtering with the. "Structural Precision" of content-based analysis, the system achieves a state of Algorithmic. Equilibrium. This allows the platform to be simultaneously predictive. and exploratory, ensuring that users are presented with high relevance items. while still being exposed to serendipitous, cross-category discoveries. 3. Adaptive Learning and Temporal Relevance The system’s. Dynamic Feedback Loop ensures that personalization is never a "frozen" state. Through. Stream-Processing and real-time. profile mutation, the engine captures the. fluid nature of consumer intent. Whether a user is performing a specific task-oriented search or engaging in passive. "window shopping," the architecture remains in sync with the user's In-Session. Evolution, providing a level of responsiveness that legacy batch-processing systems. cannot replicate. 4. Systemic Resilience and Technical Validation Rigorous Validation Protocols—ranging from. unit-level verification to high-throughput stress testing—confirm that the system is built for the "Mission-Critical" demands of. modern ecommerce. The engine demonstrates not only mathematical accuracy through optimized MAP and RMSE scores but also operational reliability, maintaining. sub-500ms latency even. under simulated peak-traffic conditions.
