KEYWORDS
E-governance has emerged as an effective mechanism for improving public service delivery. It enhances efficiency, transparency, accountability, and citizen participation while reducing administrative costs and delays. Although challenges such as the digital divide, cybersecurity threats, and lack of digital literacy persist, appropriate policy measures and technological advancements can address these issues. Therefore, continuous investment in digital infrastructure and citizen empowerment is essential for the successful implementation of e-governance and sustainable public service delivery.
