Today’s World is technology world and now a days all people like younger, older and kids using mobile phone in ruler area or small village there are Gram panchayat for solving villager problem but it’s very lengthy process because of Gram panchayat system are offline. If it making online process then it easy to people and it also save time of people. If any villager wants any document like birth certificate, leaving certificate etc. they can easily apply on site and get this certificate without wasting time and money. Its main benefit is those people need not take leave from work, and that day and that day did not loss that day payment and it’s easy for end user to apply required document from website as well as android application because of this website and android application data maintain in mother tongue. Its main moto is whose people did not visit for gram panchayat who easily solving a problem by online.
