This research paper examines the integration of Emotional Intelligence (EI) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) among working professionals in educational institutions. In todayâs rapidly evolving academic environment, educators must balance technological advancement with emotional competence. Emotional Intelligence enables professionals to manage interpersonal relationships, cope with stress, and create a positive learning environment, while AI enhances efficiency through automation, personalized learning, and data-driven decision-making. The study adopts a mixed-method approach, including surveys, interviews, and literature review, to understand how EI and AI together impact teaching effectiveness, workplace productivity, and institutional growth. The findings indicate that educators with higher EI are more adaptable to AI technologies and demonstrate better professional performance. The research also highlights challenges such as lack of training, resistance to change, and ethical concerns. The paper concludes that integrating EI and AI can significantly enhance the quality of education, improve professional satisfaction, and contribute to sustainable institutional development. Recommendations include training programs, policy frameworks, and the incorporation of EI and AI in teacher education programs.
