Abstract

This research paper examines how companies use HR analytics to improve employee performance. It takes a look at Google Inc. to see how they do things. The people who wrote this paper used an approach to gather information from journals, reports, and things that companies publish. They found out that Google's people analytics projects, like Project Oxygen, have made performance reviews less biased and more fair. This has made things better for everyone, and employees are happier. When you compare Google to Microsoft, Accenture, and Unilever, you can see that they are all at different stages when it comes to using HR analytics. The paper ends with some ideas for 2026 and after, saying that companies should use analytics and AI to make things better and they need to be careful with the data they use.

Full Article/Conclusion

This study looked at how Google uses data to improve employee performance. The results show that Googles use of HR analytics has reduced bias, in employee reviews. The framework we proposed suggests that HR analytics operates through perceived fairness and satisfaction to influence employee performance. The Google case study supports this framework. The comparison with companies shows that Google is ahead when it comes to analytics.. All organizations have the same problems. For 2026 and the years after the main ideas are to focus on analytics add intelligence make sure everything is fair and ethical build strong analytical skills link analytics to what the business actually does and make sure people can always give feedback on analytics. Google and other companies, like Google need to do these things to get better at analytics.
