Abstract

The aviation industry gives the highest priority to passenger and aircraft safety. With the increasing number of flights worldwide, analyzing potential risks and preventing aviation accidents has become very important. This research proposes a machine learning-based system for predicting possible aircraft crash risks by analyzing historical aviation data. The proposed approach uses datasets that contain information such as weather conditions, aircraft specifications, flight details, and operational factors. Before applying machine learning algorithms, the collected data is cleaned and processed to remove missing values and unnecessary information. Several machine learning algorithms including Decision Tree, Random Forest, and Support Vector Machine (SVM) are used to study patterns in aviation datasets and identify factors that may lead to accidents. The trained models are capable of estimating crash risk levels based on input flight conditions and generating early warning indicators for aviation authorities. The results show that machine learning techniques can successfully analyze complex aviation data and help improve safety monitoring systems. This predictive approach can support decision makers in identifying risky situations in advance and taking preventive measures to enhance aviation safety.

Full Article/Conclusion

This paper presented a machine learning-based approach for predicting aviation crash risks using historical aviation data. The proposed system analyzes important flight parameters and identifies patterns associated with accident risks. The results demonstrate that machine learning techniques can improve the accuracy of aviation safety predictions and support better decision-making. By predicting potential crash risks in advance, aviation authorities can take preventive actions and enhance overall flight safety. Future work may focus on improving the prediction accuracy by using advanced deep learning models and integrating real-time flight data.
