Full Article/Conclusion

Our study shows that when employees are really into their work the company makes money. We figured out that using HR analytics is a deal here. When companies use HR analytics to make decisions they can use the data about how engaged employeesre to make more money. This means that HR leaders need to change what they do every day from doing paperwork to being in charge of looking at numbers and data. HR leaders need to be the ones who really believe in and support the use of analytics in their companies. They need to be the champions of HR analytics, in their companies making sure everyone knows how important HR analytics is.
