This experimental study focuses on enhancing heat transfer in compact heat exchangers through innovative methods. Various augmentation techniques, including surface modifications, vortex generators, and advanced fluids, are systematically tested in a carefully designed experimental setup. The research aims to quantify the impact of these enhancements on heat transfer rates, pressure drop, and overall thermal performance. Controlled parameters such as fluid flow rates and temperatures are measured to assess heat transfer coefficients and effectiveness under different operating conditions. Results aim to provide valuable insights into the feasibility of implementing these techniques, offering practical guidelines for optimizing compact heat exchanger design. The study contributes to advancing thermal management technologies, promoting energy efficiency, and reducing environmental impact in industrial applications.
