During the COVID-19 pandemic, WHO has made it mandatory to wear masks to protect against this deadly virus. In this tutorial, we will develop a machine learning project, a real-time face mask detector using Python. Build a real-time system to detect whether a webcam person is wearing a mask. Train a face mask detector model using Keras and OpenCV. We will create this project in two parts. In the first part, we write a Python script that Keras uses to train the face mask detector model. Part 2 uses OpenCV to test the results on a real-time webcam.
