Big data in healthcare medical exploration is generally adding at a rapid-fire rate. It is also a catalyst for improving quality and optimizing safety in terms of case services. Nevertheless, the nature of the data itself, with respect to health concerns, creates certain issues concerning sequestration and security of this data, which will affect the process of joint analysis of the distributed datasets. The offer involves the big data framework that will facilitate sequestration-conserving healthcare analytics. This utilizes the federated learning methodology, which, in turn, is a form of decentralized learning of localized sensitive data. Patient information refers to information about a particular case. Actually, the issues of data breach are accommodated in the frame as data is stored locally, and the stringent ETDP agreement between the provider and the consumer, which complies with HIPAA and GDPR guidelines. The following report offers an elaborate analysis of this frame, starting from an overview. The current systems operate using centralized data storage, and its constraints in the healthcare sector. It is followed by a discussion on the underlying architecture, the allied system, particularly on data sequestration. The report includes a study on the feasibility study, which will guide someone tasked with conducting one. The tool kit used in conducting a feasibility study consists of several tools, individually from a feasibility report, such as a geek, and design details of the druggies, functional and non-functional constraints used in designing systems.

The Federated Big Data Framework for Privacy- Preserving Healthcare Analytics represents a significant step forward in addressing the critical challenge of leveraging big data in healthcare while upholding the highest standards of patient privacy. The implementation of the Federated Big Data Framework addresses the fundamental tension between high-utility medical research and the imperative of patient data sovereignty. By migrating away from high-risk data centralization, the platform adopts a distributed learning topology that processes sensitive healthcare information locally. This architectural shift not only fortifies the system against large-scale breaches but also ensures rigorous adherence to global regulatory mandates like GDPR and HIPAA. The primary triumph of this framework lies in its ability to systematically dismantle computational silos that have historically stifled medical innovation. 1. Preserving Informational Integrity: By utilizing state-of-the-art Privacy-Preserving Techniques— including differential privacy and secure multi-party computation—the framework allows for the extraction of high-fidelity insights without the need for raw data exposure. 2. Scalable Diagnostics: The decentralized nature of the system ensures it can scale across heterogeneous institutional networks, enabling researchers to conduct longitudinal studies on massive, diverse datasets while maintaining an uncompromising stance on patient anonymity.
