In the contemporary world in the era of modern technology the use of forecasting techniques in relation to predicting the future demands of water and attempting to determine the capacities of the water reservoirs has come to be viewed as a critical aspect that has a significant role to play in the sustainability of water resource The future demands brought and agricultural demands laterally with environment variation have made it increasingly necessary for the custom of the technique to demonstrate its efficacy. This qualities of storage in the reservoir evaporation rates as the variability of the seasons in to determine its reliability and intensity regarding existing storage capacity. In the contemporary scenario new methodologies such as data processing simulation methods as well as made it possible to achieve accuracy as well as correct decision-making in order to secure a better future. The findings as well as the conclusions reached by this study will be of immense use to water authorities regarding the distribution of water in the right channels as arranging for drought as ultimate water security in the future.
KEYWORDS
With regard to projecting future water usage and determining the storage capability of the reservoir there is a rapidly increasing need for scientific methods in managing water. This is due to continual increases in human populations over the future forecast. Forecasting will enable the agencies to distribute water. Furthermore the agencies will have the ability to forecast a potential deficit or water shortage that may arise during the dry season. After assessing the reservoir capacity to store water the agencies will have the capability to manage the water resource and utilize it effectively. There shall be no flooding as a result of rain. This shows that there exists a correct approach in which scientific forecast information about water usage can be integrated with the ability to measure water storage. This would ensure informed decision-making about how to manage this water resource as well as minimizing negative impacts of water resource challenges on agriculture and industry.
