Traditional digital marketing workflows between creative agencies and business founders are often slowed down by fragmented tools, communication silos, and version control errors. This paper presents FounderFlow, a specialized Content Operations (ContentOps) platform built on the MERN stack that centralizes and secures the entire content lifecycle. The system utilizes Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to separate users into a dual-interface framework: a high-capacity media ingestion portal for agencies (supporting file uploads up to 100MB) and an administrative review dashboard for founders. Driven by a strict state-machine decision engine, the platform enforces mandatory text feedback upon project rejections to streamline the revision process. Furthermore, it features dynamic data visualization via Chart.js to monitor pipeline health and an automated Social Hub module that simplifies public campaign distribution through safe offsite API redirection handles. System testing confirms that FounderFlow effectively eliminates operational bottlenecks, minimizes structural delays, and prevents unauthenticated content leaks.
KEYWORDS
FounderFlow establishes an optimized, highly secure approach to organizational Content Operations (ContentOps). By implementing a role-segregated dual-interface architecture backed by a robust state engine, the platform resolves the classic communication bottlenecks that slow down collaborations between creative agencies and corporate founders. The platform successfully closes the latency gap between executive review and public deployment, providing a scalable foundation for advanced digital brand operations.
