Abstract

The workspace has been changing for years. As workplace design continues to develop, so does our understanding of what makes the greatest offices. However, the recent epidemic has forced us to reconsider how the workplace of the future will be designed. The pandemic scenario has also facilitated a wider shift towards remote and flexible working arrangements. The design of workplaces in the future will need to strike a balance between worker safety, productivity, and collaboration. To promote creativity, physical fitness, and social interactions, the workplace layout should be flexible enough to suit various forms of work. It’s important to look at the new trends in the workplace as we move forward.
