Gender diversity and inclusion have become strategic priorities for organizations seeking sustainable growth and improved organizational performance. Simultaneously, the implementation of the Goods and Services Tax (GST) in India has enhanced transparency in payroll administration, employee compensation, and human resource management practices. This study investigates the relationship between gender diversity, inclusion initiatives, and GST-enabled transparency in Indian corporate organizations. A descriptive and analytical research design was adopted using data collected from 200 employees through structured questionnaires. Statistical tools including Cronbach’s Alpha, Mean Score Analysis, Chi-Square Test, Correlation Analysis, and Multiple Regression Analysis were employed. The findings reveal that gender diversity initiatives positively influence employee satisfaction, organizational commitment, and retention. Furthermore, GST-enabled payroll transparency significantly improves perceptions of workplace equality and compensation fairness. The study concludes that integrating diversity initiatives with transparent HR systems contributes to higher organizational performance and sustainable workforce development.
