Precision agriculture requires accurate soil property analysis and location specific crop recommendation to improve productivity and sustainability. Traditional soil testing methods are labor intensive and lack real time geospatial integration. This paper presents a GPS and Machine Learning based soil property extraction and crop recommendation system that integrates geolocation data with soil parameters for intelligent agricultural decision support. The proposed framework utilizes GPSenabled data acquisition, soil nutrient analysis, and supervised machine learning algorithms to recommend optimal crops based on soil characteristics and environmental conditions. Experimental results demonstrate improved recommendation accuracy and adaptability across diverse agricultural regions. The system supports precision farming by enabling location aware, data driven crop planning.
