The increasing use of digital platforms has created a growing demand for systems that can efficiently connect clients and freelancers for project-based work. However, many existing platforms are complex for new users and do not always provide a clear and structured workflow for managing projects and applications. This paper presents “Hire Work”, a web-based freelancing platform developed using MERN stack technologies including React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB. The system provides a structured environment where clients can post projects and freelancers can browse and apply based on their skills. The platform includes essential features such as user authentication, project management, application handling, and dashboard-based activity tracking. It focuses on providing a simple and user-friendly interface to ensure smooth interaction between users and efficient management of data. The implementation demonstrates that the system effectively supports core freelancing functionalities and provides a reliable solution for managing project-based interactions between clients and freelancers.
