Healthcare institutions require efficient, integrated, and scalable systems to manage clinical, administrative, and financial operations. Traditional hospital management practices often rely on manual record-keeping or fragmented software solutions, leading to inefficiencies, data redundancy, and operational delays. This paper presents the design and implementation of a Hospital Management System (HMS) developed using Odoo Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). The system integrates patient registration, appointment scheduling, electronic medical records, billing, pharmacy management, laboratory coordination, and inventory control within a unified platform. By leveraging Odoo’s modular architecture and centralized PostgreSQL database, the proposed solution ensures real-time synchronization, workflow automation, and secure data management. Experimental evaluation in simulated hospital environments demonstrates improved operational efficiency, reduced administrative workload, and enhanced data accuracy. The proposed system provides a scalable and customizable ERP-based healthcare management solution suitable for clinics and hospitals.
