Flexible Working Arrangements (FWAs) have gained significant importance in modern service organizations, especially after the global shift toward remote and hybrid work models. These arrangements, including telecommuting, flexible hours, and compressed workweeks, are increasingly adopted to enhance employee well-being and organizational efficiency. The primary objective of this study is to examine the impact of flexible working arrangements on employee productivity within service organizations. The study adopts a quantitative research approach, using structured questionnaires to collect data from employees working in various service sectors such as IT, banking, and consulting. Statistical tools such as correlation and regression analysis are employed to assess the relationship between flexible work practices and employee productivity. The findings indicate a positive and significant relationship between flexible working arrangements and employee productivity. Employees experiencing higher flexibility reported improved job satisfaction, better work-life balance, and enhanced performance levels. However, challenges such as communication gaps and difficulties in team coordination were also identified. The study concludes that while flexible working arrangements can substantially improve employee productivity, organizations must implement effective management strategies and technological support systems to overcome associated challenges. This research provides valuable insights for managers and policymakers aiming to optimize workforce performance in service-based industries.
