Gamification in education refers to the application of game design elements in non-game contexts such as online learning. With the rise of virtual classrooms—especially post- COVID-19—maintaining student engagement has become a challenge. This research examines the effectiveness of gamification in boosting student motivation, participation, and academic performance in virtual environments. The study analyzes both qualitative and quantitative data gathered from control and experimental student groups. Results show significant improvements in engagement and satisfaction among students exposed to gamified learning platforms. The paper also explores challenges, implications, and future trends in gamified education.
