The research aims to analyze employee perceptions regarding flexibility, communication, work-life balance, technological support, collaboration, and engagement in a hybrid work environment. A descriptive and analytical research design was adopted, and primary data were collected from 105 employees through a structured questionnaire. Statistical tools such as percentage analysis, descriptive statistics, chi-square test, correlation analysis, regression analysis, ANOVA, and reliability analysis were used for data interpretation. The findings reveal that hybrid work culture significantly influences employee engagement, flexibility, productivity, and work-life balance.
