The study concludes that the scheme positively impacts youth employment in Mysuru. The training program provides the advantage to trainees clearing the job interviews. The state sponsored placement opportunities play an important role in aligning trained youth with the industry persons. There is a clear gender gap in the joining as the majority trainees are male.
