Training and development have become essential components of modern Human Resource Management practices. Organizations invest heavily in employee training programs to enhance productivity, improve performance, and maintain competitive advantage. The present study examines the impact of training and development on employee performance at Infosys Ltd., one of the leading IT companies in India. The research uses both primary and secondary data to analyze employee perception regarding training effectiveness. Primary data was collected through structured questionnaires distributed among employees. The study evaluates whether training programs improve technical skills, productivity, motivation, and job satisfaction. The findings reveal that training programs significantly improve employee performance, enhance productivity, and contribute to organizational success. The study concludes that organizations must adopt continuous and need-based training programs to develop a skilled workforce.
