This thesis project aims to examine the importance of selection and recruitment analysing through the lens of the aspect whether this should be the function of an internal Human Resource Department or should be outsourced to a specialist. The researcher has used a mixed approach where data is collected through secondary resources like recruitment policies of companies, data collected from internet of various HR specialised companies and their policies and functioning of selection and recruitment process. The researcher analysed the data collected from various sources about strategies of both internal HR and special HR agencies and observed and compared the most common recruitment strategies used by the organisation, the changes on these strategies they plan to make in the near future and also observed into other methods, which the organisation could consider using. The researcher found some minor issues with the current traditional methods recruitment methods used by the organisation; however if the future plans for changes in recruitment processes continue to take place within the organisation, there are chances that they will continue to remain competitive within the market and rates of staff turnover will remain low.
