The study examines industrial relations and employee welfare measures in organizations with special reference to employee perceptions, management support, and workplace harmony. Industrial relations and welfare initiatives are essential for improving employee satisfaction, productivity, and organizational effectiveness. The research adopted a descriptive research design and collected primary data from 150 employees through a structured questionnaire. Convenience sampling was used for selecting respondents. Statistical tools such as percentage analysis, descriptive statistics, ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis were used to analyze the collected data. The findings reveal that employee welfare measures and healthy industrial relations positively influence employee motivation, engagement, and organizational performance. However, employees expressed dissatisfaction regarding participation in decision-making, implementation of labor laws, welfare alignment, and employee-management meetings. The study also identified challenges such as inadequate grievance redressal systems and insufficient management involvement. The research concludes that organizations must strengthen industrial relations practices, improve welfare initiatives, and encourage transparent communication to ensure employee well-being and industrial harmony.
