Abstract

Brain tumors are among the most serious neurological disorders that can significantly affect human health and quality of life. Early and accurate detection of brain tumors is essential for effective treatment planning and improved patient outcomes. Traditional diagnosis methods rely heavily on radiologists to analyze Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) scans, which can be time-consuming and susceptible to human error. The proposed CNN Based Brain Tumor Diagnosis System utilizes Deep Learning and Medical Image Processing techniques to automatically detect and classify brain tumors from MRI images. The system employs Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) to extract meaningful features from brain scans and identify abnormalities with high accuracy. The application processes MRI images, performs image enhancement and preprocessing, and then applies a trained CNN model to classify the images into tumor and non-tumor categories. A user-friendly interface enables medical practitioners and researchers to upload MRI images and receive diagnostic results instantly. The proposed system improves diagnostic efficiency, reduces manual effort, and assists healthcare professionals in making informed decisions. This project demonstrates the practical application of Artificial Intelligence and Deep Learning in medical image analysis and healthcare technology.

Full Article/Conclusion

The CNN Based Brain Tumor Diagnosis System provides an efficient and intelligent approach for detecting brain tumors from MRI images. By utilizing Convolutional Neural Networks and image processing techniques, the system can automatically analyze brain scans and identify the presence of tumors with a high level of accuracy. This reduces the need for extensive manual examination and helps healthcare professionals obtain diagnostic results more quickly. The project demonstrates how Artificial Intelligence can support the medical field by improving the speed and reliability of disease detection. The developed system is capable of processing MRI images, extracting important features, and generating accurate predictions in a user-friendly environment. This not only saves time but also assists doctors in making better clinical decisions. Overall, the proposed system serves as a valuable tool for early brain tumor diagnosis and highlights the growing role of Deep Learning in healthcare applications. In the future, the system can be enhanced by incorporating advanced CNN architectures, larger medical datasets, tumor segmentation techniques, and real-time clinical integration to further improve its performance and practical usability.
