However, the high volatility in cryptocurrency markets makes it very challenging to predict prices accurately. Conventional statistical models are not very effective in modeling the nonlinear patterns of cryptocurrencies. This paper proposes an intelligent forecasting system that uses artificial intelligence and distributed deep learning to improve the forecasting accuracy and scalability. A hybrid model is proposed that uses long short-term memory networks, attention networks, and federated learning to analyze the market in a decentralized manner without compromising user privacy. The experimental results on various popular cryptocurrencies show a 25% improvement in mean squared error and market resilience compared to conventional deep learning models. The results of this paper confirm the potential of distributed artificial intelligence in providing secure, adaptive, and privacy-preserving financial forecasting.
KEYWORDS
The significance of the research proposed in this paper lies in the fact that the results of the research provide significant contributions in the field of cryptocurrency market prediction through the implementation of a federated framework of LSTM neural networks and attention. The results of the research demonstrate that the application of a federated framework for implementing a framework of LSTM neural networks and attention could be used to produce results that enhance the cryptocurrency market prediction function. The research results demonstrate the applicability of a federated framework of LSTM neural networks and attention in producing results for the improvement of the functionality of the cryptocurrency market prediction. Therefore, the research proposal has proven its significance.
