In today's rapidly evolving business environment, sales teams manage large volumes of opportunities through Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms like Salesforce, yet most decisions remain dependent on manual analysis, experience - based judgment, and static historical dashboards. This paper presents an Intelligent Opportunity Risk Analysis and Win Prediction System built natively on the Salesforce platform using machine learning concepts implemented in Salesforce Apex. The system automatically analyzes key opportunity attributes—including deal size, sales stage, account type, and historical win-loss patterns—to predict win probability (0–100%) and classify each opportunity's risk level as Low, Medium, or High. A distinguishing innovation of this work is the integration of Salesforce Agentforce, which enables fully autonomous multi-step workflow execution: unlike traditional Salesforce Einstein AI that generates passive recommendations requiring human follow-through, Agentforce independently updates records, creates follow-up tasks, and dispatches manager notifications without any manual trigger. The system is validated through ten comprehensive test cases achieving a 100% pass rate, sub -5-second batch processing latency for 100+ records, and 100% Apex code coverage. Expert domain validation by experienced sales managers confirms risk classification accuracy exceeding 90%. The results confirm that an enterprise-grade, autonomous, ML-powered sales intelligence system can be constructed entirely within the Salesforce ecosystem without reliance on external ML infrastructure, making it immediately deployable for real sales organizations.
KEYWORDS
This paper has presented an Intelligent Opportunity Risk Analysis and Win Prediction System that successfully integrates machine learning prediction logic with autonomous workflow execution entirely within the Salesforce enterprise CRM platform. The system replaces manual, judgment-based sales decision-making with automated, data -driven win probability scoring (83.5% retrospective accuracy) and risk classification (>90% expert agreement). Salesforce Agentforce extends the system's capability from passive prediction to autonomous action execution, creating a self-managing sales intelligence platform. All ten test cases achieved Pass status with 100% Apex code coverage. Batch prediction latency for 100 records was confirmed at 4.6 seconds, satisfying the sub-5-second requirement. The work demonstrates that enterprise-grade, autonomous, ML-powered sales intelligence systems can be built and deployed entirely within the Salesforce ecosystem without external ML infrastructure.
