Abstract

In this review paper, we have studied about the different technique and topologies of configuring wide-band, low-power, low-noise CMOS amplifier for wireless and broadband application. Different simulation tools have been used in past to configuring CMOS amplifier. It is clear that the complementary compound pair topology is more suitable to design the low power, low noise wideband CMOS amplifier for wireless application. In this technique inductor play very important role to improve frequency band of wireless communication.
