Abstract

The increasing demand fior accessible and accurate healthcare solutions has driven the need fior intelligent systems capable ofi assisting in early disease detection and diagnosis. Tra-ditional healthcare systems ofiten fiace challenges such as delayed diagnosis, limited medical resources, and lack ofi accessibility in remote areas. To address these issues, this project introduces a Machine Learning Based Smart Disease Diagnosis System fior healthcare betterment. In the proposed system, machine learning algorithms are utilized to analyze patient data, including symptoms, medical history, and diagnostic reports, to predict potential diseases with high accuracy. The system employs classification techniques such as Decision Trees, Random Forest, and Support Vector Machines to enhance prediction reliability. Data preprocessing and fieature selection methods are used to improve model perfiorm ance and ensure accurate outcomes. The system provides real-time diagnostic suggestions and risk assessments, enabling users and healthcare profiessionals to make infiorm ed decisions. Additionally, the integration ofi a user-firiendly interfiace ensures easy accessibility fior patients, while maintaining data privacy and security. The model continuously improves through training on updated datasets, enhancing its predictive capabilities over time. By leveraging machine learning in healthcare, the proposed system reduces diagnosis time, improves accuracy, and supports early detection ofi diseases. This intelligent approach contributes to better healthcare services, optimized resource utilization, and improved patient outcomes, making it a valuable solution fior modern healthcare challenges.

Full Article/Conclusion

The proposed system can be enhanced by incorporating ad-vanced machine learning and deep learning techniques such as Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) and Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) to improve prediction accuracy, especially for complex and multi-dimensional diseases. Expanding the model with larger and more diverse datasets will further increase its robustness and generalization capability. Future improvements may include the integration of real-time health monitoring using wearable devices and IoT-based sensors to automatically collect patient data. This will enable continuous health tracking and early disease prediction. Ad-ditionally, integration with Electronic Health Records (EHR) can help utilize historical patient data for more accurate and personalized diagnosis. The system can also be extended by developing a mo-bile application to improve accessibility, especially for users in remote areas. Incorporating multilingual support and AI-based recommendation features for preventive measures, med-ications, and lifestyle changes will make the system more user-friendly. Furthermore, implementing strong security and encryption mechanisms will ensure the protection of sensitive medical data.
