Abstract— For industries to operate efficiently, safely, and economically, machinery maintenance is essential. The purpose of the Machine Maintenance Verification System (MMVS) is to offer an automated and structured method for monitoring and confirming machine maintenance operations. To make sure that maintenance activities are completed on time and properly documented, this system makes use of digital checklists, IoT-based monitoring, and AI-driven predictive analytics. To improve accountability and compliance, the suggested system also incorporates automated alarms, reporting capabilities, and user authentication.
Industries can switch from conventional maintenance tracking techniques to an intelligent, networked system that reduces downtime and maximises resource use by putting MMVS into place. The solution seeks to improve machine lifecycle management, decrease manual errors, and speed up reaction times. The study explores the advantages, difficulties, and technological framework of implementing an automated machine maintenance verification system in contemporary industrial settings.
