The healthcare supply chain faces challenges such as inefficient procurement, lack of transparency, counterfeit medicines, and poor tracking mechanisms. This paper proposes a blockchain-based solution integrating smart contracts and decentralized storage systems to enhance traceability, security, and efficiency. The system connects stakeholders including manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and healthcare providers through the Ethereum blockchain. Smart contracts automate transactions, while IPFS and Hyperledger Fabric ensure secure and decentralized storage. The proposed framework improves transparency, reduces fraud, and enhances communication across the supply chain. Experimental results demonstrate improved security, cost efficiency, and system reliability.
