This research paper presents a new healthcare project that integrates artificial intelligence (AI) and blockchain technology to revolutionize personalized healthcare and ensure secure patient data management. The platform has two main parts: a patient portal and a doctor portal. When a person enters their medical information into the patient portal, a healthcare solution is created using artificial intelligence analysis. Meanwhile, Doctors Portal provides healthcare professionals with advanced machine learning tools for efficient analysis of patient test results. Platforms using blockchain technology ensure the secure storage of sensitive data and ensure privacy and immutability. Patients can access their medical records and give their doctors permission to communicate and collaborate, improving care delivery. This article explores the potential of this new healthcare ecosystem and demonstrates its transformative impact on personalized medicine.
