This project concentrates on alloy wheels. The alloy is better than the conventional steel wheels in strength and durability. It has excellent wear resistance, anticorrosion properties, and longer service life as estimated by the stress frequency distribution. The alloy wheel is a significant structural member of the vehicular suspension system that supports the static and dynamic loads encountered during vehicle operation. As in the case of an automobile wheel maximum load is applied on the alloy wheel. Proper analysis of the alloy wheel plays a significant role in the safety of the passenger cars. The 3-dimensional models of the wheel are designed in modelling software SOLID WORKS, and further, it is imported to the ANSYS software. The static condition is chosen for the analysis alloy wheel.
