The My Learning Space (MLS) platform has been introduced in many universities worldwide to enhance communication between students and lecturers beyond the limitations of traditional classrooms. It functions as a digital environment designed to manage learning activities and deliver educational content and resources to students. Since the MLS system has already been implemented and made mandatory for lecturers in their daily teaching practices, it is essential to evaluate students’ feedback and experiences as users of the platform. Previous studies have reported various findings on the impact of MLS in higher education across different institutions globally. Therefore, this paper aims to present key insights into the overall effectiveness and influence of the MLS platform in the higher-learning environment.
