The My Learning Space (MLS) platform is a web-based digital learning system developed to improve communication and academic management between students and lecturers. The system was implemented using the SDLC methodology with a three-tier architecture to ensure scalability, security, and reliability. MLS provides features such as course management, assignment submission, online quizzes, progress tracking, and discussion forums in a user- friendly environment. The platform supports secure authentication, responsive design, and mobile accessibility, allowing users to access learning resources anytime and anywhere. The implementation of MLS enhances digital education by creating an efficient, interactive, and flexible learning experience for educational institutions. The implementation also includes responsive design and mobile accessibility, enabling users to access educational resources anytime and anywhere. Various testing methods such as unit testing, integration testing, functional testing, and security testing were conducted to ensure system reliability and efficiency. The MLS platform enhances digital education by improving communication, accessibility, academic management, and interactive learning experiences. The project demonstrates how technology can effectively support modern educational institutions by creating a flexible and efficient online learning ecosystem.
