The rapid growth of digital commerce and retail businesses has created a strong demand for efficient coupon management and customer engagement solutions [1][2]. Traditional coupon systems often rely on paper-based coupons, manual verification processes, and disconnected billing mechanisms, which lead to inefficiencies, coupon misuse, and poor customer experiences [5]. This paper presents OfferBunch, a centralized digital coupon management and billing platform designed to simplify coupon creation, purchasing, redemption, billing, and transaction management. The system integrates Flutter, Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore [2][12], QR-code verification, Firebase Cloud Messaging[13], and Razorpay payment processing[3][28] to provide a secure, scalable, and user-friendly environment for customers, store owners, and administrators. Experimental implementation demonstrates that the platform improves operational efficiency, enhances customer engagement, reduces manual effort, and supports business growth through digital transformation.[5][24]
