Abstract

This research study examines the development of office spaces from ancient Roman culture to the contemporary working environment for millennials.Working environments are influenced by people’s sociocultural and technological advancements over time, either directly or indirectly. Technology is essential to the development of workplace environments.Major historical events like World War II also influence the pattern shift in office layouts. Modern materials are produced as a result of industrialization, which directly influences office layouts.
