Immunization remains one of the most effective public health interventions for preventing infectious diseases and reducing global morbidity and mortality. Despite significant progress, challenges including vaccine hesitancy, emerging pathogens, logistical barriers, and inequitable vaccine distribution continue to affect immunization outcomes worldwide. This cross-sectional analytical study examines immunization strategies and their effectiveness in controlling infectious disease outbreaks using 256 immunization records and vaccination programme reports. Vaccination coverage demonstrated the strongest association with disease incidence reduction (F=7.52, p=0.001), followed by community engagement (F=6.38, p=0.002) and cold chain maintenance (F=5.74, p=0.003). Digital vaccination registries, AI-powered coverage monitoring, and community health worker programmes significantly improve immunization equity and outcomes. The study highlights the need for integrated immunization strategies that address vaccine hesitancy, supply chain challenges, and health system strengthening to achieve global immunization targets.
