VorkAI is an advanced AI-powered system designed to transform voice and text inputs into executable workflows using a multi-agent architecture. Unlike traditional virtual assistants that provide static responses, VorkAI integrates reasoning, verification, and execution capabilities to automate real-world tasks such as scheduling meetings, sending emails, and managing communications. The system utilizes a layered pipeline consisting of speech-to-text processing, intent extraction using Large Language Models (LLMs), and a multi-agent framework including Research, Reasoning, Verification, and Explanation agents. These agents collaboratively interpret user intent, generate structured workflows, validate execution steps, and provide explainable outputs with confidence scores.Additionally, VorkAI supports multilingual voice inputs using advanced speech recognition systems and integrates with external services such as Google Calendar, Gmail, and WhatsApp for seamless task execution. The system ensures transparency through explainable AI, enabling users to understand the reasoning behind each action.Overall, VorkAI represents a significant advancement in agentic AI systems by combining voice interaction, workflow automation, and explainability into a unified platform, improving productivity and reducing manual effort in everyday tasks.
KEYWORDS
The proposed system, VorkAI, effectively addresses the growing need for an intelligent, reliable, and efficient solution for real-world task automation using natural language interactions. By leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and a multi-agent architecture, the system is capable of interpreting user intent, generating structured workflows, and executing tasks seamlessly across multiple platforms. Unlike traditional virtual assistants, VorkAI integrates reasoning, verification, and explainability into its core pipeline, ensuring that decisions are not only accurate but also transparent and trustworthy. The incorporation of specialized agents enhances the system’s ability to handle complex, multi-step workflows with improved reliability and contextual awareness. Furthermore, the integration of multilingual voice processing and external services such as Google Calendar, Gmail, and messaging platforms enables practical, real-world applicability. The system reduces manual effort, improves productivity, and provides a more intuitive and human-centric interaction model. Overall, VorkAI contributes significantly to the advancement of Agentic AI systems by combining voice interaction, workflow automation, and explainable decision-making into a unified framework. The proposed system lays a strong foundation for future enhancements, including deeper contextual intelligence, expanded service integrations, and scalable multi-domain automation capabilities.
