Maintaining a healthy diet is essential for overall well-being; however, selecting appropriate meals based on individual health conditions, lifestyle habits, and nutritional requirements remains a challenge. This paper presents a Personalized Diet Recommendation and Meal Planning System that utilizes machine learning techniques to generate customized dietary recommendations for users. The proposed system considers multiple user attributes, including age, gender, body measurements, activity level, work type, and dietary goals, to identify suitable nutrition plans. A hybrid recommendation approach is employed to analyze user profiles and provide personalized calorie estimates, diet categories, and meal suggestions. Additionally, the system generates daily meal plans and nutritional guidance to support healthy lifestyle choices. Experimental evaluation demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed framework in delivering relevant and user centric diet recommendations. The system offers a practical solution for personalized nutrition management and can assist individuals in achieving their health and fitness objectives.

The Personalized Diet Recommendation and Meal Planning System presented in this paper demonstrates the effective application of machine learning techniques in the field of nutrition and healthcare. By analyzing user specific attributes such as age, gender, physical measurements, activity level, lifestyle factors, and dietary goals, the system generates personalized diet recommendations and structured meal plans tailored to individual needs. The proposed framework enhances the relevance of nutritional guidance compared to traditional generalized diet planning approaches. Furthermore, the integration of recommendation generation and meal planning provides users with practical support for maintaining healthy dietary habits. The experimental results indicate that the system is capable of delivering reliable and user centric recommendations, making it a valuable tool for personalized nutrition management. The proposed solution contributes to the growing adoption of intelligent healthcare technologies and provides a foundation for future advancements in AI-driven dietary recommendation systems.
