Abstract

The construction industry plays a crucial role in economic development and infrastructure growth. However, residential house construction planning often involves complex processes such as cost estimation, material management, engineer consultation, and project coordination. Traditional construction planning methods rely heavily on manual calculations, physical consultations, and fragmented information sources, which may lead to increased costs, delays, and inefficient resource utilization. To address these challenges, the project titled “PLAN WITH US: House Construction Planning and Material Management” presents an intelligent digital platform designed to simplify and modernize residential construction planning. The system enables users to enter construction requirements such as plot size, square footage, budget, and design preferences. Based on these inputs, the application provides intelligent recommendations for house plans, construction materials, and professional engineers. The application is developed using Flutter for the frontend and Python Django for the backend, ensuring scalability, security, and cross-platform compatibility. The system includes modules for construction planning, material management, engineer booking, online payments, and AI-based recommendation services. Users can browse materials, compare prices, place orders, and connect with experienced professionals through a centralized platform. The proposed system significantly reduces manual effort, improves planning accuracy, enhances transparency in material procurement, and supports efficient project management. By integrating modern technologies with intelligent recommendation mechanisms, the platform provides a comprehensive solution for homeowners, engineers, and suppliers involved in residential construction projects.

Full Article/Conclusion

The PLAN WITH US: House Construction Planning and Material Management system presents a modern and intelligent solution for simplifying residential construction planning and management. The application successfully integrates construction planning, material management, engineer booking, AI-based recommendations, and online payment services into a single digital platform. Unlike traditional construction methods that require users to depend on multiple sources and manual processes, the proposed system provides a centralized environment that improves planning accuracy, reduces complexity, and enhances user convenience. The use of Flutter for frontend development and Python Django for backend processing ensures a scalable, secure, and user-friendly application. The incorporation of intelligent recommendation techniques helps users make better decisions regarding house planning, material selection, and professional consultation based on their budget and project requirements. The integrated material management and engineer booking modules further improve transparency, communication, and efficiency throughout the construction process. The implementation and testing of the system demonstrate that the application effectively reduces manual effort, minimizes planning errors, improves resource utilization, and supports better project management. The centralized architecture enables homeowners, engineers, suppliers, and administrators to collaborate more efficiently while maintaining accurate records and streamlined workflows. In conclusion, PLAN WITH US represents an innovative step toward the digital transformation of the construction industry. The proposed system provides a reliable, scalable, and practical solution that enhances decision-making, saves time and cost, and improves the overall construction planning experience. Future enhancements such as artificial intelligence-driven design optimization, cloud deployment, IoT integration, augmented reality visualization, and real-time project monitoring can further increase the capabilities and impact of the system, making it a comprehensive smart construction management platform.
