While the global fallout from the events of 2020 was sharp and sudden, the gloomy effects of time uncertainty, emotional overload and longing for brighter days will still oscillate in the future. Normal has been redefined, and consumer perception of products and experiences has shifted, changing global consumption and priorities. This research paper will define consumer profiles who will shape the world around us in the future. For businesses and brands, it’s never been more vital to be in line with the needs of the consumer to ensure that they create the products that consumers will prioritize. Careful planning, open mind and a flexible approach will be key to future success. This Research Paper has identified consumer profiles who will shape the world around in the future: the crisis has been a catalyst to figure out who matters, what matters, and what they want their future to look like, and this focus is offering a path out of the stress, anxiety and disorientation of 2020.
