Sales prediction has evolved into a mandatory analytical requirement for modern business frameworks, directly impacting revenue forecasting, strategic budgeting, and organizational stability. This study systematically investigates the development and deployment of a Sales Prediction Model utilizing Python. Focused on a dataset of 201 observations related to advertising expenditures across Television, Radio, and Newspaper channels, the research aims to uncover the underlying patterns dictating consumer purchasing behavior. By executing Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) and robust Linear Regression algorithms, the study establishes precise statistical relationships between channel-specific spending and final sales outputs. The empirical results demonstrate that Television advertising is the most dominant predictor, yielding a tight linear correlation with sales. Conversely, Newspaper advertising exhibits a highly scattered, weak correlation, rendering it ineffective for reliable forecasting. The study concludes that leveraging machine learning models in Python significantly enhances the accuracy of corporate financial planning, strongly advocating for a transition toward data-driven resource allocation.
